Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio.

Express orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order leaves our studio.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ritual.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our botanical products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
To arrange a return, contact us at hello@restoremindset.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
